Green Włocławek – Residents to Decide on Environmental Workshop Topics
The City of Włocławek invites residents to participate in an online survey regarding planned environmental workshops and training sessions, implemented as part of the "Włocławek: A Biodiverse City" project. This project is part of the broader development initiative "Włocławek – tHE City of Good Vibes for the Economy, Environment, and Comfortable Living," co-financed by the Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program.
The survey will be available from February 9 to 27, 2026. It is anonymous and takes only a few minutes to complete.
One of the key elements of the project is the "Green Włocławek" initiative, which aims to develop green spaces in the city, increase environmental awareness, and foster pro-environmental attitudes among residents. This initiative will include the organization of publicly accessible educational workshops on biodiversity, nature conservation, climate change, waste sorting, and sustainable lifestyles.
To best tailor the course offerings to the real needs and interests of residents, the city encourages participants to complete a short survey available on the consultation portal. All Włocławek residents are welcome to participate – children, youth, adults, seniors, parents, students, and professionally active individuals. The survey allows participants to identify the workshop topics they find most interesting and to submit their own suggestions.
The collected feedback will be used to develop a training and workshop program that will be accessible to the widest possible audience, including those with various needs and disabilities. The spaces where the classes will be held will be adapted to ensure participation for all.
This is a real opportunity to influence the shape of educational activities implemented in our city and contribute to the creation of Green Włocławek.
